GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
for all products sold by the Export Institute of the United States

PRINTED VERSIONS ONLY
Printed versions are unconditionally guaranteed. If a printed version fails to meet your expectations, you may return the printed version within fourteen (14) days of the date of the commercial invoice for a full refund - less shipping charges, if any. To receive a refund, you must (1) return the printed version in resalable condition, (2) return the printed version at your expense by receipted method, i.e., FedEx or UPS and (3) call us in advance at (952) 943-1505 to receive a return authorization number.

CD-ROM VERSIONS ONLY
All CD-ROM versions are unconditionally guaranteed for quality of workmanship. Defective CD-ROMs may be returned and exchanged for the same title only. Non-defective CD-ROMs cannot be returned for refund or exchange for CD-ROMs of other titles.

COMBINATION PRINTED AND CD-ROM VERSIONS
As indicated above, only printed versions can be returned for refund. Defective CD-ROM versions can be returned for same-title replacement only. If the printed version was purchased as a combination with the CD-ROM version, the refund for the printed version will be for the $100.00 differential between the purchase of one item (the CD-ROM version) and the purchase of two items (printed version and CD-ROM version).
